The descendant of three generations of coal miners, Mr. Bailey centers his practice on worker safety and dignity.  Born in Mullens and raised in Man, West Virginia, he has first-hand knowledge of the dangers and sacrifices in the heart of coal country. Handling such prominent West Virginia cases as the Sago Mine Disaster, the Aracoma Mine Disaster, and the Ghent Little General Explosion, he vigorously represents the families of workers who have been seriously injured or killed by the wrongful acts and negligence of others.  His experience likewise includes cases involving serious injury and death resulting from defectively designed automobiles and mining equipment.   Mr. Bailey can be contacted at both our Charleston and Logan locations.
